The Kith App, available for download on Apple and Android, introduces an entirely new shopping and discovery experience–tailored to each user's style and brand preferences–alongside access to Kith-exclusive offerings, sneaker drawings, and more.
Do I need to download a new Kith App?
No. You can update to the newest version of The Kith App on the App Store.
Do I need to create a new user profile or password on the app if I already have one online?
No. You can sign in using your current Kith.com credentials, or your log-in from previous versions of the app.
What is Exclusive Loyalty Access, and how do I become a member?
Exclusive Loyalty Access is an extension of the current loyalty program you know and love, with improved functionality. Any previous online or in-person activity, along with purchases, will unlock early access to a selection of Kith products and exclusive releases.
What is the QR code used for?
Uniquely yours, scan the QR code at any retail location to boost your app loyalty score, and unlock more app-exclusive perks.
What are icons?
Unlock app icons when you make a purchase at any one of our global retail locations. Show your individuality, along with your Kith-brand love by collecting these icons, each of which can be used to personalize the app display on your home screen.
Can I update my user preferences?
In the ID tab (where you can access Loyalty, your QR code, icons, orders, account details, and help), click the ‘My Preferences’ section to edit what you shop for most, size information, and your favorite brands.
My full order history isn’t appearing under my account, why?
Full order history may be in the process of transferring over to The Kith App. In the meantime, you can view your entire purchase history on Kith.com. Please reach out to [email protected] for additional information regarding your order history.
Drawings:
How do I enter a drawing?
Follow the instructions on the ‘Drawings’ section of our app
Make sure to select your correct size, retail location, and payment information
You will be notified if selected with next steps on completing payment for online drawings, or pick-up instructions for in-store drawings
Please note, information cannot be modified after submitting an entry.
Are drawings final sale?
Yes, all drawings are final sale and not eligible for returns.
Can I modify my drawing entry or order?
No. Once your entry is in our system, you can no longer modify any information, including size, name, payment information, or pick-up location. If you are selected as a winner, your entry automatically becomes an order, and we cannot cancel or modify it.
