What payment methods does Kith accept?
We currently accept the following payment methods for domestic US orders:
- AMEX
- Apple Pay
- Discover
- Google Pay
- Klarna
- Mastercard
- PayPal
- Shop Pay
- Shop Pay Installments
- VISA
For all international orders, we currently only accept PayPal.
Why are international debit/credit cards not accepted?
For security reasons, we are unable to accept international debit or credit cards.
My account was charged, but I have not received an order confirmation email. Why is this happening?
If your order fails to process correctly, you may see a temporary pre-authorization charge from your bank in your Pending charges - even if the order was not completed. This charge typically reverses within 7 business days, depending on your financial institution. An order is only confirmed if you receive an Order Confirmation screen and an email confirmation. If you're unsure whether your order was successful, please check your email and order history in your account, or reach out to [email protected] before placing another order.
Why was my credit card charged multiple times?
Multiple charges can occur if you refresh the checkout page or attempt payment multiple times. These are usually temporary pre-authorizations and should drop off within 7 business days, depending on your financial institution. If they do not, please contact your bank or reach out to [email protected] for further assistance.
I was charged sales tax on my order. Is this correct?
Sales tax is applied based on the shipping destination and local tax laws. Kith is required to collect sales tax in states where we meet economic nexus thresholds, which may vary. Taxes are automatically calculated at checkout and apply to eligible products like apparel, footwear, and lifestyle items where required by law. Not all orders will include sales tax; charges will only appear when applicable.
My order was canceled, but the charge is still showing up. Why?
If your order was canceled shortly after placing it, you may still see a pending charge on your account. These are usually temporary pre-authorizations and should drop off within 7 business days, depending on your financial institution. Why am I being prompted to pay customs duties or fees?
For international orders, customs duties and taxes are collected at checkout to ensure a faster and smoother delivery process. This helps avoid delays and additional charges upon delivery.
I received an email from Kith Customer Service requesting additional identification. What should I do?
Based on the value of your order, you may be asked by our Order Review analysts to provide additional proof of identification. Please comply with this request as your order will be placed on hold. If we do not receive ID proof within 3 business days, your order will be subject to cancellation.
I was charged for an order I did not place. What should I do?
