How do I collect punches on my Treats Punch Card?

You must make a purchase of at least $7 to earn a punch on your Treats Punch Card. Please note the excluded locations: Kith at Hirshleifers, Kith at Selfridges, Kith at Bergdorf Goodman, Kith Tokyo, Kith Seoul, and any pop-up events. Ensure that your in-app QR code is scanned by the employee at the Treats counter.

Where can I find my QR code?

You can access your QR code by clicking the “Scan Code” button at the bottom left corner of your Kith Treats Punch Card in the Kith App.

How are my purchases tracked?

Each qualifying purchase will be automatically reflected on your punch card in the Kith App after successfully scanning your QR code at the Kith Treats counter. You can also track your progress in the Loyalty section of the Kith App, or on the store overlay while you’re at any Treats location. 

Can I get credit for past purchases?

Credit for prior purchases to July 23rd, 2024 cannot be applied retroactively. Please ensure your QR code is scanned at the time of purchase.

I collected 5 punches. How do I redeem them?

After making 5 applicable and separate Kith Treats purchases, you will receive a Kith Treat Reward up to a $13.00 value. A “Redeem” button will appear on your punch card after 5 Kith Treats purchases. Click the button to present the QR code for your free Treat at the counter before ordering.

Is there a limit to the value of the free Treat?

Yes, the Treat reward holds a maximum value of $13.00. Any additional purchases including additional toppings, additional Treats within the purchase, or specialty confections. 

I have not redeemed my free Treat yet, can I accumulate more punches before doing so?

If you have not redeemed your free Treat yet, you cannot accumulate more punches. The max amount of punches customers are able to redeem is 5. Please redeem your Treat reward in order to continue collecting punches. 

How many punches can I redeem per visit?

Only one punch can be redeemed per visit.

How many punches can I collect per visit on my Treats Punch Card?

No matter the purchase amount, only 1 punch can be added to your Kith Treats Punch Card per visit.

Does the $13 gift card expire?

No, the $13 gift card does not expire. However, it can only be used at physical Kith Treats locations for Treats, not for purchasing Kith Treats apparel or other merchandise.

What happens after I redeem my Kith Treat?

After redeeming your Kith Treat reward, your punches will reset. Customers cannot gain new punches until the free Treat has been redeemed.
