What is your return policy for online purchases?

We offer a 30-day return window for eligible online orders. Returns must be initiated through our Returns Portal, and all approved refunds are issued as Kith e-gift cards, excluding original shipping costs. An $8 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund total. This policy applies to all eligible Kith products, lifestyle items, accessories, and non-Kith brands, including footwear.

All returned items must be in their original, unused condition, with all original packaging and hangtags intact. Returns that are worn, damaged, or missing original packaging may be refused. If an item is returned in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to deny the refund.

Items marked as ‘Final Sale’ on product pages are non-refundable.

What items are final sale and non-refundable?

Items marked as "Final Sale" on product pages are not eligible for a return or exchange. This includes, but is not limited to:


  • Drawing orders
  • Pre-order and Made-to order products
  • Ronnie Fieg Footwear collections
  • Kith footwear product(s)
  • Monday Program™ product(s)
  • Hats
  • Underwear
  • Undershirts and 3-pack tees
  • Socks
  • Swimwear
  • Gloves
  • Skincare, fragrances, and other wellness products 
  • Jewelry
  • Perishables 
  • All product(s) from the following brands: Houseplant, MEDICOM TOY, Essentials
  • All sale products

We encourage customers to review product pages carefully before purchasing, as eligibility will be clearly marked.


How do I return an order delivered within the domestic U.S.?

To return your eligible item(s), please visit our Kith Returns Center. There, you’ll be prompted to select the item(s) you wish to return and generate your return shipping label. Once your return is received and approved, you’ll receive a Kith e-gift card for the value of the returned item(s), minus an $8 restocking fee. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


How do I return an order delivered internationally?

To return your eligible item(s), please visit our International Returns PageThere, you’ll be prompted to select the item(s) you wish to return and generate your return shipping label. Once your return is received and approved, you’ll receive a Kith e-gift card for the value of the returned item(s), minus the label fee that is presented to you while initiating your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Duties and/or customs paid upfront at checkout are considered non-refundable by Kith. Please reach out to your local customs agency in regards to a customs/duties refund. 


How do I start an exchange?

Kith does not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a replacement, we recommend returning your original purchase and placing a new order with the gift card refund once it is issued. 

How are refunds processed?

Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after your return is received and approved by our warehouse. The refund will be issued in the form of a Kith e-gift card, minus the $8 restocking fee. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note that gift cards cannot be used for any Drawing submissions, and gift cards are not interchangeable between regional sites or redeemable for in-store purchases.

Can I combine multiple returns?

No, returns must be processed separately for each order. You can only use the return label provided for the specific items selected during your return request. Combining items from different orders or adding unexpected items after you've initiated a return may result in processing delays or loss of refund eligibility. Kith is not responsible for unexpected returned items that are lost due to incorrect return label usage or mismatched order numbers.

Can I return an online order at a Kith store?

Online orders cannot be returned at any Kith retail locations. All online returns must be submitted through the appropriate return portal.




Retail Return Policy



What is your return policy for in-store retail purchases?

Kith Retail purchases are eligible for return within 14 days of the original purchase date, unless the item is marked as final sale. A valid receipt is required. Returns will be issued as store credit, which must be used in-store at a physical Kith Retail location within the same region where the original purchase was made. When using store credit, we will ask for a valid photo ID and the email address associated with the return.


How does retail store credit work?

Store credit is issued as a paper receipt at the time of return and can only be used in-store within the region of the original purchase. It does not expire and can be used toward any item in-store. If you're exchanging for an item of higher value, you may pay the difference at checkout.


Can I use retail store credit online?
Kith retail store credit may only be used in-store in the region where it was issued. Store credit is not valid online.
