Kith Retail Return Policy:
We offer a 14-day return window for eligible merchandise. Store credit is provided with proof of the original receipt and must be used in-store at any Kith Retail location within the region in which the original purchase was made (U.S., E.U., Canada, or Tokyo). Store credit is not transferable to any Kith online marketplace.
*Upon usage of any store gift card, we do ask for an email address and a form of identification.

Please visit the nearest Kith Retail location to you, where an associate can assist in checking your Kith Retail Gift Card balance(s).
Can I use a Kith Retail Gift Card issued to me from an online return in-store?
Kith.com gift cards are exclusive to use online. Kith Retail Gift Cards are exclusive to use in the region where the purchase of the gift card was made, only in-store.

Is the store credit I received from returning item(s) the same as a Kith Retail Gift Card?
No. Store credit is given in the form of a receipt, whereas a Kith Retail Gift Card is a physical card. Both are redeemable within the region in which the original purchase was made (U.S., E.U., Canada, or Tokyo). Store credit does not expire, nor does a Kith Retail Gift Card. Upon redeeming either, we will ask for proof of ID and the email address associated.
Am I able to exchange my item for an item of a higher price if I pay the difference?
Yes, we do allow customers to pay the difference of items they may wish to exchange.
How long will it take to receive my refund in the form of Store Credit?
The Kith Retail store associate will assist you upon your visit to any Kith Retail location within the region of purchase.
