Can I purchase a Kith.com gift card?

At this time, we do not sell Kith.com gift cards. Gift cards redeemable on Kith.com are only offered for eligible online returns. 

Why did I receive a Kith gift card for my return?

All refunds are provided in the form of a Kith e-gift card, which excludes original shipping costs. Customers will also be charged an $8 restocking fee. 

How long will it take to receive my refund in the form of a gift card?

Once we receive your returned item(s) to our warehouse, and it’s authenticated to be in the original condition by our team, your gift card will then be issued via the email originally associated with your order. Gift cards should be provided within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) of return delivery. 

Do Kith gift cards expire?

No, your online gift card will never expire, so if you don't find something you love on our website right now, you can save the credit for a future purchase! We want you to have the flexibility to use the credit whenever suits you best. 

Can I use a gift card issued to me from an online return in-store?

Kith.com gift cards may only be used online. Kith store credits, issued from an in-store return, can only be used at the physical Kith Retail location in which you returned your item to. 

Can I use a gift card issued to me from an online return to enter a Drawing?

No, your online gift card is only eligible for use on a regular order.

I received a gift card refund, but it was not the same amount as my order total. Where is the rest of my refund?

We deduct the original shipping cost, along with our $8 restocking fee. Please visit our Returns & Exchanges page for more information. 

Will I receive a refund on my shipping cost upon return?

We do not refund original shipping costs.

I forgot to use my gift card, but I already submitted my order. Am I able to modify payment methods?

We cannot add a gift card balance to an order after it has been placed, or modify any information, including payment. Gift cards do not expire, however, and can be used on future purchases.
