Can I purchase a Kith.com Gift Card?

At this time, we do not sell Kith.com gift cards. Gift cards redeemable on Kith.com may only be offered for eligible online returns. 

Can I use my Kith Gift Card right away?

Once we receive your returned item(s) to our warehouse, and it’s authenticated to be in the original condition by our team, your gift card will then be issued via the email originally associated with your order. Gift cards should be provided within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends) of return delivery/processing. 

Do Kith Gift Cards expire?

No. 

Can I use a gift card issued to me from an online return in-store?

Kith.com gift cards may only be used online. Kith store credits, issued from an in-store return, can only be used at the physical Kith Retail location in which you returned your item to. 

How do I exchange my item(s)?

Am I able to exchange my item for an item of a higher price if I pay the difference?

Items may only be exchanged for the same style, and can only vary in color and size. 

Will I receive a refund on my shipping cost upon return?

We do not refund original shipping costs.

How long will it take to receive my refund in the form of a gift card?

Within 5-14 business days, after your return has been processed and authenticated. 

I received a refund, but it was not the same amount as my order total. Where is the rest of my refund?

We deduct the original shipping cost, along with our $8 restocking fee. Please visit our Returns & Exchanges page for more information. 

I forgot to use my gift card, but I already submitted my order. Am I able to modify payment methods?

We cannot process gift cards after an order has been placed, or modify any information, including payment. Gift cards do not expire, however, and can be used on future purchases.
