How do I log into my Kith account now?
Kith has upgraded our account system to provide a faster, more secure experience. Passwords are now deprecated. You can now log into the Kith App and Web using one of the following methods:

  • A 6-digit one-time passcode (OTP) sent to your email

  • Shop Pay (including biometric sign-in like FaceID/TouchID on mobile)

  • Google Single Sign-On (SSO)

Did I lose my account history or loyalty points?
No. All of your legacy account information, order history, and Kith Loyalty points have been safely migrated to the new system. Simply log in using the same email address you previously used.

I didn't receive my 6-digit login code. What should I do?
Please check your Spam or Junk folders. The email will come from Shopify.

I have a Kith account, but it says my account doesn't exist when I switch regions (e.g., Kith WW vs. Kith CA).

Kith accounts are region-specific. If you used a different email address for a specific region previously, you must use that exact email to log in and see your order history for that region. Moving forward, we highly recommend using the same email address across all regions for consistency.

I no longer have access to the email address I used for my Kith account.

If you cannot access your original email, please create a new account using your current, active email address. Once created, you can request an account merge in-app so we can transfer your previous order history and loyalty points.
