Domestic U.S. orders typically ship within 3-5 business days, and territory/international orders within 5-7 business days, unless otherwise indicated on the product page. You will receive a shipping notification email as soon as your order ships. 

Based on location of availability, your items may ship in multiple shipments from separate locations, including various Kith Retail stores or our private warehouses. The remaining items will be fulfilled within the same estimated timeframe, depending on the country destination of your order.

Passwords are now deprecated. You can now log into the Kith App and Web using one of the following methods:</p><ul data-path-to-node="9"><li><p data-path-to-node="9,0,0">A 6-digit one-time passcode (OTP) sent to your email</p></li><li><p data-path-to-node="9,1,0">Shop Pay (including biometric sign-in like FaceID/TouchID on mobile)</p></li><li><p data-path-to-node="9,2,0">Google Single Sign-On (SSO)</p></li></ul><p data-path-to-node="10"><b data-path-to-node="10" data-index-in-node="0">Did I lose my account history or loyalty points?</b><br>No. All of your legacy account information, order history, and Kith Loyalty points have been safely migrated to the new system. Simply log in using the same email address you previously used.</p><p data-path-to-node="11"><b data-path-to-node="11" data-index-in-node="0">I didn&apos;t receive my 6-digit login code. What should I do?</b><br>Please check your Spam or Junk folders. The email will come from Shopify.</p><p data-path-to-node="12"><b data-path-to-node="12" data-index-in-node="0">I have a Kith account, but it says my account doesn&apos;t exist when I switch regions (e.g., Kith WW vs. Kith CA).</b><br><br>Kith accounts are region-specific. If you used a different email address for a specific region previously, you must use that exact email to log in and see your order history for that region. Moving forward, we highly recommend using the same email address across all regions for consistency.</p><p data-path-to-node="13"><b data-path-to-node="13" data-index-in-node="0">I no longer have access to the email address I used for my Kith account.</b><br><br>If you cannot access your original email, please create a new account using your current, active email address. Once created, you can request an account merge in-app so we can transfer your previous order history and loyalty points.</p>

While no incidents or injuries have been reported, we are conducting this recall out of an abundance of caution to ensure complete peace of mind and comply with federal standards.</p><p dir="ltr">If you purchased the Kith Kids Kithmas Plaid Pajama Lounge Sets between December 2025 and January 2026, we kindly ask that you <u>discontinue use of the garments immediately</u>.
